We are asking the CHP to issue Warning (Educational) Letters (example below) to motorists who are observed driving in an unlawfull manner per CHP guidelines and according to the California Vehicle Code: 21751 & 21752 (a).

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has Jurisdiction on Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd. Unfortuately, the CHP has REFUSED TO PATROL THE “DANGER ZONE.” Why isn’t California Vehicle Code (CVC) 21751 & 21752(a) Enforced in the “Danger Zone?” CHP has NOT replied to the letter below.
