Danville Safety Advocates has formally asked the Town of Danville to issue a proclamation urging parents not to allow children under 16 to operate Class 2 throttle-assisted electric motorcycles (“E-Motos”). These machines are frequently mislabeled and marketed as e-bikes, yet many reach 35+ mph and pose life-changing dangers to young riders, pedestrians, and families throughout our community.

We are asking you to sign and share this petition so the Town Council hears a clear, united message from Danville residents:
